Suggest The Correct Dosage Of Cytotec
Hi,I am 28 years old, a mother of 3 years old girl and being pregnant about 5 weeks. Today,16 July,I noticed that I m pregnant on 4 July by urine strip.my last period time was in April 20s.But when I tested in May twice at first two weeks and at the end of May ,again on 12 June with urine strip ,it shows only one line ,negative. But at the first week of July ,I felt morning sickness ,so I tested on 4 July ,it shows two line,positive,I m pregnant!!!!at this moment I can t have a birth again.i must abort it .so on 5 July ,I started a traditional remedy for 10 days,it doesn t work actually,but I felt the signs of pre -period time. But not seeing blood.Now, I got Cytotec abortion pills,I comfirmed with the all informations about Misoprostrol how to use and side effects and so on.....But I m being scared!!!!! But in this week,I want to have a success abortion cos I have set up my new career at the end of July. Help help me something and direct me to use Cytotec correctly to have a success abortion. Please with thanks!!!!

Cytotec contain misoprostol that cause uterine contraction and cervical dilation and lead to expulsion of pregnancy. It is used under the supervision of the gynecologist after proper guidance.It is over the counter drug but prescription of gynecologist is required. Never try at home without supervision and guidance at it cause excessive and prolonged bleeding that require surgical process. Gynecologist's advice regarding dose, routes and schedule should be followed. It is used as below: misoprostol 800 ug (4 tablet of 200 ug) vaginally/orally, maximum up to three dose every 4-5 hour under medical surveillance and in aseptic conditions.
Follow up USG should be done after 14 days to confirm the completeness of abortion and for residual product confirmation. Adice shoul be follows:Proper rest, healthy diet with iron supplements, analgesics, maintain pelvic hygiene to prevent infection.
