Suggest Tests To Confirm Lung Cancer

seventy year old has flu like symtoms with dry cough. goes to
doctor and he found upon examination enlarged liver. suspects
liver cancer. IS THE COUGH A SYMTOM OF LIVER CANCER?
SHE HAD NO PAIN, JUST LOSS OF APPEITITE, DIARRHEA
VOMITING AND COUGH. SHE DID TAKE LARGE AMOUNT OF
COUGH SYRUP, AND HAS HBP?

Hi

Since symptoms of dry cough and loss of appetie is present i would advise a CT scan of chest including upper abdomen.
If any space occupying lesion is found in the scan then to do biopsy from it to rule out malignancy.
