Hi,

Usually cervical spondylosis doesn't present itself with discomfort in sleeping in all positions. Some positions might be painful while some might not be painful. If you are middle aged and have diabetes / family history of diabetes, would recommend you to get examined for frozen shoulder with an orthopedic. Meanwhile, order a cervical pillow, and put a small towel or pillow under your shoulders when you sleep (this is just to relax you a bit, please don't make it a habit).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
