ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having a middle ear infection, not resolving or draining.
In this case, it is advisable to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have first clinically examined you, confirmed my diagnosis, and then drained the middle ear infection , if necessary and treated the infection with penicillin antibiotics,+ anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 5 days.
If you are already taking antibiotics, then blood work and ear discharge for culture and sensitivity should be done and antibiotics suitable should be given.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
