I get "what I call zits" one at a time on any part of my body including arms and legs. It will itch so bad I scratch it and pop it will clear ooz. Occassionly when I sweat at night I get itchy in genital area. My fiance looks and sees nothing (and it has nothing to do with yeast infection or those things) and will go away with cortizone cream. I'm 43 and this has came on in the last 5 years or so. I do gets stressed out also and am taking effexor xr.
