Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
Twin pregnancy has more vomiting than singletons. I have found these suggestions helpful to my clients with similar complaints.
1. Try to keep solids Food seperate from liquids. I mean don't take tea immediately after breakfast. Delay it by an hour.
2. Try sipping fluids. Most women want to gulp water due to thirst which causes you to puke. Sip with a straw if required over 15-20 minutes.
3.tab doxinate in morning and night 1 hour before food.
4. Try drinking fluids which don't have aroma, smell as most women start vomiting
due to smell.
Please write back if further doubts
