Suggest Remedy For Trophozoites Guardian Intestinalis

I had a problem of occasional pain in whole stomach after eating something other than routine or after some exertion,I did a stool test for three consecutive days.1st day,the report was normal ,2nd day Trophozoites Giardia Intstinalis was positive and Bacteria Flora -Bacteria Present and 3rd day alsoTrophozoites Giardia Intstinalis was positive,what in your opinion is the problem and what is remedy.pl. suggest.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the organism found in stool testing then possibility of intestine infection is likely but that needs to be confirmed because presence of organism can may not prove the infection because of the low load of organism that might not be able to cause the infection, still on precaution basis, single dose therapy of Sacnidazole 1 g can be given, or you can wait for few days because it is the self limiting condition may not need any treatment hope this information helps.
