Even though your thyroid blood reports are within normal limits, still the swelling could be related to thyroid apart from other swellings of the neck. However, it might not be possible to diagnose the lump without a clinical examination, and a confirmatory test like an FNAC/core biopsy along with an ultrasound of the lump.
