Hi,

Noted your history of fall on a railing, trauma to the right side of face, the swelling still persist, the eye has moved in such a way that they do not look symmetrical.
CT scan shows adenoids only and nothing at the site of swelling it seems.
The most probable causes I can think about are one of the following:
The muscles of eyeball on the right side got entrapped in the scar and thus not responding symmetrically.
The swelling can be due to hematoma that has got organized as said in medical language.
Also take an opinion of an Ophthalmologist.
You may need a corrective surgery for the eye condition.
Swollen adenoid if causing sleep apnea or nasal blockage needs medical management first and if this fails to go for surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
