Suggest Remedy For Sun Burn On Legs

I m 16 with very pale skin and 2 days ago I go bad sunburn on my legs. It s the first time my legs have been burnt. It has not peeled or blistered and is probably not going to because I ve been applying aloe vera liberally since the burn. However when I look very closely at my skin, there are tiny pin sized red dots all over my legs where I was burned, they almost look like some of my pores are red, they do not hurt, I was jus† wondering if/when they are going to go away and if there s anything I can do?
