Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorders With Low Concentration Levles

Hi sir. I don't what to tell first! I don't enjoy the things that I used to be interested in very much. I have sleeping problems, sometimes I don't want to go to bed myself. I lose and gain about 3 kilograms a in 1-2 week. It is about 4 years now.I can't focus and concentrate on anything. therefor I can't study well and my marks in university are terrible. I have dropped many courses because I was absent in all the sessions. I need some help.
