Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorders

my psychiatrist hs put me on risperdal and remeron. I don't feel depressed and I just can't sleep at night and I tend to get angry very easy. Neither one or both together has helped me to calm down or sleep. Now I can't even have a orgasm, I am female and this has never been a problem in that area before. I am furstrated. All I wanted was something to help me sleep at night, and something to calm me down (taken only as needed not everyday). What can I do?

can u give me ur diagnosis????
why r u on risperdal it is antipsychotic
do u have any psychotic symptoms???
if u have only sleep disorder without any psychoogical problem than zolpidame is useful
if u have depression or any other psychological problem than psychotherapy can useful

following will helpful for sleep
u have to follow sleep hygiene
that are following
fix sleep schedule and stick on it
avoid daytime nap
avoid alcohol
avoid tea coffe soft drinks 3 hour before sleep
regular exercise that makes u fatigue
meditation to reduce stress
light food in dinner
light music while u sleep
use bed only when u feel sleepy
cool and calm bed room
avoid any worries and dont think much in bed if they are than write it down think ab it tomorrow
