I have had mouth ulcers that come and go and a lot of pain in my cheeks like a razor raw feeling when I eat. Plus the roof of my mouth looks like it has a white patchy look to it. My gums get red and swollen and I only feel better with steroids. I had a deep cleaning and had a biopsy to check for lichen planis but it came back negative. I ve seen every specialist you can think of and no one knows what it is. I am in constant pain when it flares up which is every 3 weeks or so I cannot eat or drink anything when it flares up also. I don t know what to do. Hope you can help :( Can a slightly enlarged spleen cause this to happen as I heard somewhere that it can?
