Suggest Remedy For Nose Bleeds

hello Doctor, I am 34 years/Male/86 and I have chest discomfort which started quite recently. Doctors have done Echo/ECG/TMT and said that there is nothing to worry eventhough I have this discomfort. My problem now is I am not having a cold but about 02 days back when I woke just blew up my nose to clear my nasal passage and I saw blood with mucus. I then blew up my nose and I saw blood again. I blew up my right nostril but blood was not there. On the same day in the every I blew my nose and I didn't find blood from my left nostril. But now when I blow my nose I see blood all the time. This has been going on for 3 days and I don't have a cold or cought and blood is not dripping from my nose. Blood only comes from my left nose with snot/sputum.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
it appears to be a nasal problem..suggest to get an endoscopy of the nose by Ent specialist.. in all probability it would be a small vessel rupture on the nose due to excessive blowing..
regards
