Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion

my baby is 3 months old she is doing loose motions (watery) for past 5 days i have consult the doctor he gave antibiotic injection (Monocef 250mg) for 3 days and oral suspension and still doing the loose motions 5 per day and she is active. please advise

Hi... what is the consistency of the stools? Is there any change in the recent feeding habit of the baby? Is the urine output of the baby adequate? See if there is no problem as such then you can just continue with the fluid like ORS.As the baby is active and already on antibiotics there is no need to change medicine as of now. Stool routine examination can be done if the loose motion is non responsive.
