Hi,

Cialis should not be taken by patients with heart disease. Your husband can try high-quality 50.0 mg Zink DL-aspartat instead (from a pharmacy). Zinc DL-asp. slows down degradation of free testosterone and should help after a couple of weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Alexander Davis, General & Family Physician
