General & Family Physician, Dr. Amarnath's Response
welcome to hcm, short answer: he might be suffering from a condition known as non Hodkins lymphoma detailed answer: lymph nodes enlagement, increased serum billirubin increased ALT with fever and weight all are collective symptoms of a condition known as non hodkins lymphoma. there are other causes like tuberculosis which mimic some of his symptoms. any way i want him to get examined by an oncologist along with the blood test results. he may ask for a pathological biopsy report of lymph nodes before starting the treatment with proper identification in proper time and with proper chemotherapy it can be cured. hope this explains Dr.Amarnath
