Suggest Remedy For Acne On Arms And Cheek

I have an allegic reaction to something 2-3 days ago. It looks like acne, red in color and nothing comes out if i squeeze them. There are a few on my arm but most are on my cheek area; where I never get actual acne. If i run my nail it itches a little. I've used hodrocortizone and benadryl so far, what immediate treatment can I use?

it seems you are infected with some microbes.dont touch the acne with bare hands it will flare them up. better wash your face and other affected area and avoid using moisturizers or other cosmetics.
you can apply clindamycin (preferably gel based).if not treated by this then you hav to go for antibiotics.
also take anti allergic cetrizine 5 mg once daily for 3-4 days, it might work if its due to allergy.
