Hello, The most common cause of bladder incontinence is urinary tract infection with associated sequences or problems with bladder muscle, urethral sphincters, nerves controlling the urination, diabetes or else. A detailed urology work-up is mandatory in terms of uroflowmetry, urine culture, CT IVP, renal function tests and so forth to diagnose the cause and manage accordingly. Though certain medications as oxyspas and others help symptomatic control, I would recommend a precise work up and curative line of approach rather than primary relief.
