I HAVE SEVERE FEVER I FEEL AS I DONT HAVE THE STAMINA TO GET UP FROM THE BED I FEEL I SHOULD JUST LIE DOWN MY MIND GETS IRRITATEDN I FEEL WEAKNESS I HAVE ALL THE SYMPTOMS OF FEVER BUT FROM MY FACE I REVEAL AS I HAVE NOTHING NOR THUS THERMOMETER SHOWS

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that if the thermometer does not show any rise in temperature then this could be your functional condition, you have not mentioned your age and gender, perhaps I would give some suggestion regarding your so called fever, take care and have a nice day.
