Suggest Remedies For Nausea Caused By Eating Sugar

get very nauseated when I eat some sugars, not all, not breads, just sugar, I cut out sodas, candy, donuts, all the good stuff, a year ago, still get sick sometimes if I get a sip of sweet tea by mistake, but have cut all these items out and joined a gym, and all I did was gain weight. Had test done, and there is a glucose issue but they did not act like it was anything, so where to next.

Hello there,
If your blood sugars came abnormal then it should not be ignored. I would say get an OGTT test which is confirmatory test for diabetes. If abnormal you need to be careful with your diet and exercise regularly.
if by going to gym you gain weight its mostly muscle weight which is good. But it would hav helped to know your weight to guide you better.
If eating sugars make you nauseous then you definitely should avoid sugars. But do you get loose motions if you eat sugar laden foods?? You maybe intolerant but its only better if you avoid sugars.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
