Suggest Possible Medication To Control Blood Sugar Level

hi doctor.. my mom is 45 yrs old.. she is facing high blood sugar. her right thighs pains and she gets burning sensation in thighs.. her blood sugar count is 114.5 when fasting and 170.5 after eating.. whenever she eats medicines given by doctor her thigh shows problems as mentioned above. pls help.
