Suggest Natural Ways Of Inducing A Miscarriage

Hi Doc!
I have just been diagnosed with a miscarriage at 7 weeks a fetus with no hearbeat. I wish to go with the natural ways of inducing a miscarriage. To add I live in an Islamic country and the Islamic rules does not entertain unnatural method of abortion apart from D&C. I would like to know what are the best natural ways of inducing a miscarriage. Please note that am Asthmatic and hypothyrodic as well.

now you are having missed abortion with absent foetal heartbeat.
you have to do d&C FOR THIS CONDITION.
IF YOU DONT DO IT IT MAY HARM YOUR health.
chancfs of coagulation failure like DIC is common with missed abortion. so
dont wait.
consult your gynaecologist fir termination.
