As per your query you are having folliculitis around mouth and chin area which is occurring repeatedly is mainly due to raised sugar levels of body, you are prone to repeated attacks which could be because either you are a carrier or someone in family carrying the infection. I would suggest you to get sugar levels monitored. You should take oral antibiotic along with topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin.
