Suggest Medication For Severe Back Pain Post Delivery
My wife is 34. Her delivery was normal and delivered a baby 4 months back. The problem with my wife is that she is getting lot of back pain these days. It is quite severe. I saw in television that the back pain can be decreased by doing some exercises. What kind of excersies will help my wife?

I would like to know if this backache is related to any movement , when you bend or stand or anyother activity. Before you undertake any excecisr program , t will be advise your wife shoyld consult a doctor or the gynecologist who delivered her.
