Suggest Medication For Red Pimple Like Rash That Is Multiplying

My 15 month old daughter has developed a pimply rash that won t go away. It started over a month ago with just what looked like one large pimple amidst what looked like a simple rash. I applied Diprogenta (Betaethasone dipropionate Gentamicin sulfate) and although the rash disappeared overnight, the pimple stayed for over a month. Its redness would wane and then come back with the rash, but would look better after I applied the cream so I always put it down to food allergies. I eventually took her to the doctor after about a month, and was given a local balm (no idea what s in it, but it smells like burnt hair) and Metonate (Betamethosone) cream. The doc said it was Scabies, that I should apply the balm twice in the afternoon & evening, and the cream twice in the morning & late morning every day - this was 3 days ago. Since then, the pimple has multiplied, and she now has several of these angry, red pimples, along with the rash. There seems to be no itching, only these red pimples that now seem to multiply on a daily basis. Help!!
