Suggest Medication For Constant Constipation And Gastric Problem

: sir i am regular problem of constipation & gas since 1994.i have treated a lot,not cured so far and problem increased day by day ,on doing colonscopy it is found that i am having solitary rectal ulcer in 2001 at A.I.I.M.S at NEW DELHI .i have taken treatment of the same and taken medicine . In year 2005 i have again examined by doing colonoscopy at APPOLO NEW DELHI & got almost same medicine as prescribed by A.I.I.M.S BUT Problem remains same .now i have to take emema regularly to go for the toilet. sometimes i have to my finger inside the ass hole to take out the laterine

Dear what is the colonoscopy report??Have you undergone any chemo or radiotherapy??

Dear is it mass it polyps ??

It may be due to mechanical obstruction or it may be post radiation dysmotility or due to low Fiber diet constipation.

Avoid fatty spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking.
Eat high fibre diet, Use syrp. cremaffine plus at night for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
