Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As these symptoms appear to me as fatigue. Try doing core stability exercise daily which can help improve the metabolism and also strength to the core. Do exercise for the lower limbs as well.

This will help improve the overall strength and the calf muscle pain will also reduce. Improving endurance is the only way to avoid fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
