OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pregnancy with SLE nephritis is a high risk pregnancy and has to be managed at a tertiary care centre. Lupus nephritis needs proper treatment with steroids and antihypertensives. Serum creatinine needs to be done to assess the renal function, if more than 2.5. mg/dl then termination of pregnancy should be done for maternal well being.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
