Suggest Me Medication For Frequent Vertigo As Scan Report Is Chronic Ischemic Changes.

My father (83) had a stroke (PCA Infarct) in 1997. recently he has complaints of frequent vertigo. The CT scan report says the following findings
* Tiny lacunar infarct in the bilateral gangliocapsular region
* atrophic changes in the brain parenchyma with difussed bilateral periventricular white matter hypodensity suggestive of chronic ischemic changes
