Hello,

Hypertension or dyslipidemia or hypothyroidism or steroid abuse or diabetes are the risk factors to develop lacunar infractions. So get check blood pressure, serum cholesterol levels and blood sugar levels. If any abnormalities is there means consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. Low dose of aspirin with anti-hyperlipidemia drugs may useful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
