Suggest Me Medication Fever As It Rising From 98 To 103 Degree With Ibugesic Tests Are Negative For 3 Year Old.

Hello sir,
My daughter is 3 yrs old.
she is suffering from fever from last 6-7 days.
we are giving ibugesic plus (after consulting with doctor) and one antibiatic syrup. but still she get fever in duration of 5-6 hrs. and fever suddenly going on 103 deg. from 98 deg. F
Malaria test done- Negative
CBC done
HB-10.8, TLC-11800
We are not able to understand what to do. pls suggest us

This fever needs to be investigated further.CRP,blood culture,malaria antigen,widal ,x ray chest are still not done.Antibiotics covering typhoid needs to be given.If fever continues and other investigation come Normal then Kawasaki disease should be suspected.
