Suggest Exercises For Painful Neck, Hands, Feet, Knees And Elbow

Hi. I am a 34 year old overweight female. I have recently lost 30 pounds through diet and exercise. About 6 years ago I was having alot of wrist pain and was tested for RA. The results showed a poistive hlb27. About a year ago I started developing severe neck pain. It has only gotten worse. Now the pain is in both hands, feet, knees and elbow. I was tested for the RA workup. RA and ana were negative. CRP and sed was positive. What home exercises can I do? I suspect I have RA even though it was negative. I really hurt.
