Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain
Question: I am experiencing severe neck pain without trauma and during the night I also felt like the muscles in front of neck were tightening up making it difficult for me to swallow. Should I give this time to pass or seek medical attention?

In my opinion you shouldn't ignore all this as there is cervical spondylosis developing in you.
You should visit ER as soon as possible as there may be anything else also as you have difficulty in swallowing.
There, the doctor may advise you xray cervical spine in AP and Lateral view.
Till then have tab.aceclofenac 100mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor.
