Suggest Diet With Low Uric Acid And Cholesterol Levels?

Hi. My annual Physical Exam results just showed that I have elevated cholesterol as well as uric acid in my blood. It seems to me that some of the foods I have been eating which are supposed to lower cholesterol levels also have the effect of raising uric acid levels (like tuna and sardines). I'm wondering if there are foods which I can eat which can lower both levels? Thanks in advance.
