Female: 19 yr hight: 146cm weight: 79kg from India Hello doc., I m sufrng from PCOS , i want 2 loose my weight, i have trid my best effort to do so but result is zoro, i regular walkng45 min, no eating calory foods, though i cnt reducd my weight plz sugest me good diet whom i can loose my weight as early as posibl.. . HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM

You height and weight suggest that your obese.The main problem comes from excess of carbohydrate consumption.
Avoid intake of simple carbohydrates like juices, sweetened drinks, carbonated drinks, sweets , starches, refined cereals, use of sugar .
consume whole grains, limiting to small portion size. Add healthy sources of proteins in all your meals.
Add variety of vegetables in your meals.
Avoid fried foods, oily foods, processed meats.
continue with your exercise for 45 min -1hr daily.
