General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that problem is not due to Calpol but she is having acute gastro-enteritis giving fever, loose motions and vomiting.
From symptoms it seems that she might be having dehydration as well.
Consult your doctor and start the treatment as soon as possible.
IV fluids and injections might require.
Meanwhile give her plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Ok and take care.
