Hello
I have gone through your question.

Testosterone levels in women vary.
According to the University of Rochester Medical Center, normal measurements range from 15 to 70 ng/dL or 0,15-0,7 ng/ml.

If your body produces too much testosterone, you may have symptoms and sign like :irregular or absent menstrual periods, more body hair than the average woman ,acne, blood sugar swings, low libido or develop frontal balding.

You didn't mention if you have any of these seriouse symptoms and signs. From this i deduct that probably you don't have any of these problems.
Your level is upper the normal range but is is not too high. This can explain why you don't have symptoms.

High levels of testosterone can also lead to infertility and are commonly seen in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Other possible causes of high testosteron apart PCOS are:Diabetes,Hypothyroidism,Stress.

My suggestion for you is to consult an endocrinologist in your area because it is important to investigate about your increased testosteron level.

All the potential causes should be taken in consideration and the test results will give the information about the right diagnose and the solution.

Hope this information is helpful.
Thanks for using HCM.
Best regards.
