Hello Ashima ,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
Polycystic ovary syndrome or pcos is a common endocrine problem encountered in young females and more than 90% of patients do lead a normal married life and have kids.
Its true that pcos can affect your hormonal balance of body and cause problems in conceiving a child (infertility), miscarriage, etc but nowadays there are medicines to maintain your hormones, regularise your periods and if necessary stimulate ovulation for becoming pregnant.
For better results the treatment should be started as soon as diagnosed since early and regular treatment by your gynaecologist can decrease complications in your future conception.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
