Suffering From Short Of Breath, Difficulty In Breathing. What Could Be The Cause?

Hl my name is Jenny !! I m new here but I m desperate to look for answer ..I been having short of breath i felt like i was going to die and I been like this for 3 years I can t breath i try to breath hard that it makes my back hurt . This happens when I m running or sometimes it s just happen and it last for a week and goes away but them it comes again but I don t what this might be

u may be having anemia or asthma. if walking or heavy physical activity triggers it it may be anemia or asthma. but if certain cold things or unknown things trigger breathlessness it may be asthma.
