Suffering From Running Nose, Developed Breathlessness, Audible Wheeze, Mucoid Sputum. Taking Cough Syrup, Antibiotics. What Is Wrong?
i am having running nose for a month, developed breathlessness and audible wheeze 20 days back...having cough,mucoid sputum on and off... respiratory audible wheeze... no fever... i m taking cough syrup expectorant... had antibiotics azithromycin and amoxyclavulinic acid with salbutamol inhaler but symptoms not resolved...i have this unusual metallic smell while coughing...what is wrong with me..

You had running nose since 1 month, wheezing and cough since 20 days, no relief with cough syrup, and antibiotics azithromycin, clvum, etc.
it has started with cold, so it must be an allergic origin, due to some allergen. Other possibilities are pneumonia, Tuberculosis, or eosinophelia.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an X ray besides other routine tests for confirmation.
