Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having muscle damage in the lower part of abdomen causing stretching and pain. You can apply Diclofenac gel on the area. Take Paracetamol tablet for pain relief. Try this for a week. Try to sleep with your front of the body on the bed. Drink plenty of water. If no relief, consult Surgeon.
