What Are The Side Effects Of Cataflam?

Sir my grandmother have been taking the drug named, cataflam this in a month. My auntie said that the drug was effective for the arthritis so she was using it until now. But I notice that she was having some chest pain lately and i ve researched about it on the internet regarding on the side effects of cataflam and i found out that chest pain is one of the side effects of the drug named cataflam! What will I do to my grandmother.

Cataflam contains diclofenac potassium is a nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) which is used to treat pain or inflammation
caused by arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, joint pain, back pain, neckache, headache etc. Side effects of Cataflam are nausea, vomiting, GIT upset, stomach pain, heartburn, drowsiness, dizziness, allergic reactions, unusual tiredness, mood changes, difficulty in swallowing, ringing in the ears, nervousness, blurred vision, allergic reactions etc.
