Suffering from premature ejaculation. Treatment?

Sir I am suffering from diabetic problem from last many years and having a problem of early discharge/ premature ejaculation , i think my sperm is also thin so please consult me a proper treatment to save my marriage life i am not able to sleep at night thinking about this kind of problem so please help me out to sort out this problem has been sent to the Site Administrator, we will get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of premature ejaculation.
In majority of patients in absence of any major ilness the cause of Premature Ejaculation is mind related and due to performance anxiety.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
