Suffering from sperm release at night and premature ejaculation. Treatment?

hello doctor, i have a major sex problem. first of all my sperm release during sleep and the sperm has gone very thin, it s like a water now and this is happening 3 to 4 days a week, sometime everyday. an other problem is that wen i have sex i release within few seconds and sperm drops down. it never comes like in a pressure which it meant to be, please i need a treatment for this could you help me with this problem asap. thanks

Hi welcome to HCMForum. The treatment depends upon wheether you are married or not. Pre marietal sex will have such problems of pre mature ejaculation. Nocturnal emission is commen in unmarried.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. pre mature ejaculation in married is rather a psychological problem.

The problem of premature ejaculation is quite common and nothing to worry a lot on this front as it is totally curable. Persons who take this happening more seriously and think about sex most of time and are down with this deficiency in thoughts suffer more. Forget about it and enjoy the act without pre illformed fear of premature ejaculation, you will see the problem is almost gone. Amongst herbal medicines there are number of medicines which cure it totally.The branch that deals with these problems in ayurveda is regarded as vaji karan.
