Suffering From Myopathy Disease Below Hips, Unable To Stand, No Sign Of Recovery. Cure?

Hello,
I am Vasim. Two of my cousin brothers suffering from Myopathy disease.
The condition of both of them is getting worst day by day. Both of them not even able stand on their own.
The affected areas is only lower body part i.e. Below hips.
Currently they are treated in India but their is no sign of recovery.
Can you please help me on this?

myopathy is not a curable disease
you can only have symptomatic treatment
myopathy is not a complete diagnosis also
better he should be under constant observation of a physician/neurologist
