Suffering From Lung Tuberculosis. Feeling Headache And Vertigo, Fever Comes In Empty Stomach. What To Do?

I am 33 yrs old...i suffering from lung tb before 7 month...my treatment is over before 1 month...akurit-4 two month and akurit-3 4 month complet...but now my problem is that when my stomak is empty that time slighty fever come after take lunch fever is over so what can i do....about fever ....and some complein is headak and vertigo ...so pls...help me .....

There is no way you can get fever before lunch and fever getting better after eating.
There is no relation of eating to fever however have you documented any rise in temperature or it is just a feverish feeling?
For headache and vertigo get your eyes checked if you have any refractive error
