Suffering From Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting, Memory Loss, Extreme Exhaustion, Left Eye Pain. Migraine Symptoms?

I am a 39 year old female.I have had a headache for over 8 weeks now. It is on the mid left front side ( like right after my hair line. I have nausea , sometimes vomiting . I have become very forgetful and feel all of the time. Extreme exhaustion. About 3 days ago my left eye started hurting and feels like it is bulging out. Is this a migrain or should I be concerned.

Hello, Your symptoms, nausea, vomiting, eye brow pain, one sided headache , severe eye pain can be either due to
1. Migraine (or)
2. Acute closure glaucoma.
Migraine is most common in women. But does not have a sudden onset. Immediate treatment is needed in case of acute glaucoma.
Head ache occuring in middle age group should never be taken lightly & proper diagnosis is mandatory before treatment is started. Other common causes are stress, sinusitis, ear & dental infections. Some serious causes which need immediate attention are
1. Neuralgias like Trigeminal neuralgia.
2. Brain aneurysm.
3. Tumours.
4. Stroke.
5. Subarachnoid haemorrage.
So please visit your Dr. before taking any self medcation.
