Suffering From Frequent Vertigo And Hearing Noise In Ears. Will Coricidin HPB Products Work?

I suffer from vertigo frequently and hear "noise" (fluid?) in my ears. It's worse in the afternoon and evenings, and slightly better in the morning - after sleeping, some of the fluid drains out and my ears are wet. I do take OTC Meclizine which helps some. I have read that products with Pseudoephedrine should dry it up, but I do take meds for high BP, so I'm looking for another alternative. Would any of the Coricidin HPB products work? There are several and I'm not sure which ingredient I need to look for.

U SEEM TO BE SUFFERING FROM PERFORATION OF UR EAR DRUM WITH SECONDARY INFECTION. THIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FLUID COMING FROM UR EAR. THIS INFECTION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UR VERTIGO. NOISE IN THE EAR IS DUE TO PERFORATION AND INFECTION. U NEED TO GO TO AN ENT EXPERT FOR CLINICAL EXAMINATION AND PROPER TREATMENT. TAKING ONLY PSEUDOEPHEDRINE ANDMECLIZINE IS NOT GOING TO HELP U. U NEED TO TREAT THE ROOT CAUSE OF IT. NEED TO SEE AN ENT SPECIALIST.
