Thanks for query,
As you get throat infection often it indicates there is infected foci in your throat most probably in the tonsil giving you trouble.
Avoid fried,chillies and junk food.
Quit smoking if you smoke.
If there is septic foci in your tonsil get it operated.
As you get throat irritation with fever chances of allergy is less.
Do salt water gargle or listerine gargle daily.
Ok and bye.

Cardiologist Dr. Naresh Ruparelia's  Response
Hi wll come to HCM.
It looks you are getting allergic throat infection. To prevent this you got to wear mask
when you are out and in polluted area. All allergic people have allergy to dust, smokes,
ND polluted air in common. So this will help you to prevent allergy which is very common.
In addition avoid cold drinks, ice cream etc and if smoking give up smoking.Garfging with
luke warm water will help you to minimise irritation in throat. In case of need you may use drug like cetrrzine for allegy or some cough linctus to smoothen your throat and
paracetamol for fever. Thanks

General & Family Physician Dr. Arun Kumar's  Response

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concern,

Allergy and inflammation may lead to infection. In order to avoid this you need to avoid all the allergens (Substance that cause allergy) like dust, cold and food. I suggest you to gargle daily with lukewarm salt water. You can use anti allergics like cetrizine and antibiotics for infection. Consult your ENT Surgeon to rule out recurrent Tonsillitis.

Hope i answered your query. I will be available to your fallow up queries, if any.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
